Pricing
One annual licence. Unlimited users.
Omnion is priced by infrastructure — not by how many people use it. Grow your team freely. Your licence cost stays predictable.
Unlimited users on every plan
Storage-based tiers — not seat-based
All core framework updates included
Single tenancy — your data, your environment

Priced for the business, not per head.

One annual licence, one onboarding, and usage billed on what you actually use. Add people without adding cost, and pay for capacity and consumption rather than for seats.

No per-user fees

Ever. Put your whole team on it, including the people who only need to look something up once a month.

The same platform at every tier

Nothing is feature-gated. The tiers differ by capacity and infrastructure, not by what you are allowed to do.

Your data is never locked

If a licence ever lapses you keep read-only access, and export keeps working. Leaving is always possible.

Annual licence

Choose your licence, then your onboarding

Licences run annually and include every core module, unlimited users and all framework updates released during the licence period. Getting live is priced separately, because the work depends on your business rather than on which licence you hold.

Getting live — the onboarding bundle

Onboarding covers discovery, configuration, data migration and training. It is sized to the work, not to the licence you hold — a Starter client with ten years of data to bring across can take a larger bundle, and a Business client replacing very little can take a smaller one. Your partner will recommend one.

Onboarding bundleTypically forOne-off
Essential A straightforward move — core configuration, a single data source, team training £1,500
Standard Several systems to replace, more schema work, integrations £3,500
Extended Substantial migration, complex processes, reporting and automation £7,500
Custom build Bespoke ecommerce, CRM or applications built on the platform Quoted

Three things are charged separately from the licence. Hosting — every tier entitles you to shared or dedicated hosting, and the hosting itself is its own line. Additional storage, in 50 GB blocks, if you outgrow your allocation. And metered usage — AI, messaging and transcription, billed on what you actually consume at a single published rate, with usage visible by person and by module so you can see where it goes. Custom clients sit on their own server environment, so storage is specified with the environment rather than allocated by the licence. All prices ex-VAT and provisional ahead of launch.

Every licence includes

The full platform, out of the box

No module unlocking and no per-user fees. Every licence gives you the complete Omniom core from day one — the same core on Starter as on Custom. The tiers differ by capacity and infrastructure, never by which features you are allowed to use.

Core modules — all included
CRM and deal pipeline
Contact manager
Task and project management
Quotes and invoicing — standard quoting is core, not an add-on
Calendar and scheduling
HR and onboarding
Schema and module builder
Application builder — build your own apps inside the platform
Platform rights — all included
Unlimited users — no per-seat charge, ever
Unlimited records within your storage allocation
Single tenancy — your own environment
Every core framework update during your licence
Every new core module on release, at no extra cost
Full data ownership and export
Your data is never locked. If a licence lapses you get reminders, then a grace period, then read-only access — with export still working.
One partner as your single point of contact
Where the line is

Some things are in the licence, some carry a fee, and some are work rather than a switch. The test is whether it can be built once and turned on for everyone — which is worth knowing before you ask, because most of what businesses assume is bespoke turns out not to be.

Kind of thingFor exampleWhat it costs
CoreEveryone needs it, so everyone has it Your CRM, quotes and invoices, tasks, calendar, the schema builder, applications built inside the platform. In the licence
Premium moduleProductised, identical for everyone AI Studio, web builder, ecommerce, advanced analytics, the customer portal — built once and switched on. A flat annual fee
Bespoke configurationNeeds designing around your business Complex quoting with tiered pricing or configurable products, unusual approval rules, integrations with something specific to your industry. Delivery work, quoted
Platform extensionDoes not exist yet A capability the platform has never had, built into it for you. This one needs the source code, so Omniom does it rather than a partner. Scoped and quoted

The useful thing about that table is the second row down. Configuration is not a lesser version of a bespoke build — the schema builder, the application builder and the automation tools are the platform, and most of what a business wants shaped to its own way of working is configuration rather than development. If what you need turns out to be the third or fourth row, you will know at discovery rather than three months in. All prices ex-VAT and provisional ahead of launch.

What onboarding covers

Everything needed to get you working

Each bundle is a fixed price against a named list of work — so you know what is covered before you commit, and there is no hourly meter running. Anything outside the list is quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly or refused — and the quantities are agreed with you at discovery, so nobody is guessing what “data migration” meant after the work has started.

The bundles differ in depth, not only in what is ticked. Every bundle covers discovery, configuration, migration and training — a larger bundle buys more of each, for a business with more to move and more people to bring with it. Your partner recommends one after discovery, and it is not tied to the licence you choose. The customer portal is the login. What your customers can see through it — which records, which views, what they are allowed to do — comes out of the schema, views and permissions work already in the bundle, rather than being a second build on top of it. The three build rows are what makes a build Custom: designing and building something that does not exist in the platform yet, with a formal acceptance process around it. All prices ex-VAT and provisional ahead of launch.

Metered usage

You pay for what you use, and you can see it

AI, messaging and transcription are billed on consumption rather than bundled into the licence. There is no allowance to run out of and no per-seat charge — a person who uses AI twice a week costs you a fraction of someone who uses it fifty times a day, which is the opposite of how a per-seat subscription works.

AI
Billed per million tokens

Everything the platform does with AI — drafting, summarising, searching, predicting, generating pages. Charged on what the work actually consumes.

Messaging
Billed per message sent

Email, SMS and WhatsApp going out through the platform. Messages inside Omniom cost nothing — if no network charges us, there is no meter.

Transcription
Billed per hour of audio

Recording and transcribing meetings, with the notes written back against the right record. Coming, and not yet priced.

One rate. The same for every client, set by us and not by your partner.

Your partner earns commission on what you buy, but they do not price your usage and cannot mark it up — the rate is published and platform-wide. AI cost is impossible for a buyer to sanity-check, which is exactly why it should not be something each supplier sets for themselves.

You see who spent what

Usage broken down by person and by module, so it is a management report rather than a mystery line on an invoice.

You set the limits

Caps for the whole business, and per person or per role, with alerts before anything is reached rather than after.

Nothing is hidden

Zero-cost activity is still logged with its volume, so you never have to wonder whether something was missed or genuinely free.

What this replaces is worth naming. Staff buying AI subscriptions on personal cards and expensing them is a real cost with none of the visibility, and business data ends up somewhere nobody is tracking. One caveat we would rather state than have you discover: this is AI inside your own systems, working on your own data — it is not a replacement for a general-purpose assistant, and some of your team may want both. Rates are published in full before you commit, and current rates are always on your instance. Storage is separate again, sold in blocks when you outgrow your allocation. All prices ex-VAT and provisional ahead of launch.

Work out what it would actually cost you

Tell us what you are running now and roughly how many people use it, and a partner will put a real number against it — licence, onboarding and expected usage, on your own figures rather than an example.

No obligation, and no pressure to decide on the call. If Omniom is not the right fit we would rather establish that early than sell you a platform you have to unpick later.

Common questions

Why is pricing based on storage, not users?
Because growing your team should never cost you more software money. Storage scales with your actual data — not with how many people log in. Add your whole team freely.
Why do I buy through a partner?
Omnion is a powerful, configurable platform. Partners ensure it's set up correctly for your business from day one — and provide the ongoing support that makes it genuinely valuable long-term.
What's included in "core updates"?
All updates to the Omnion core framework — security patches, performance improvements, and new core modules released during your licence period. Premium module updates are included if you have that add-on.
Can I upgrade my storage tier mid-year?
Yes — tier upgrades are applied pro-rata. You only pay the difference for the remaining licence period. Your partner handles this for you.
What does single tenancy mean in practice?
Your Omnion instance runs in its own dedicated environment — your data is never on shared infrastructure with other clients. You have full control, full ownership, and complete data portability.
Are server hosting costs included?
Hosting is separate — your partner arranges dedicated server hosting as part of your deployment. Starter licences can use shared hosting (~£180/yr). Growth and above require a dedicated server (~£600–£1,200/yr depending on spec).
Can I add extra storage without upgrading tiers?
Yes. Additional storage is available in 50 GB blocks, added to your existing tier. This is ideal if you're approaching your limit but don't need a full tier change.
Is there an early adopter offer?
Yes — we're currently accepting applications for the early adopter programme. You get the Growth licence at 60% off (£47/month, £560/year) with the price locked for the lifetime of your account. 38 places remaining.
